How can I change my user name?

If you don't have the privilege to change your password yourself or if you want to change your user name, you can send an email request to the Support from your registered email address. (What is my registered email address?)

You can suggest your preferred user name and/or password. The Support will change the user name and/or password as per its availability and inform you of the change by email.
